I believe that simplicity is always better and I prefer a lean, iterative approach to product delivery. My sprints involve empathizing with customers and stakeholders to design and build solutions to the right problem for the right person, so I always ship value.
I work at three different levels: product discovery, shipping, and continuous rediscovery at scale. While we may rename my sprint steps, continuing to iterate rapidly through them is the secret to our success.
